Smoothies are great after class, but sometimes the hunger is too real.

We are excited to add açaí bowls to our menu! With the refreshing smoothie base, these bowls also pack a punch of fiber and protein. With their nutritious ingredients, they will help to start your recovery process with the first mouthful. 

Chock full of healthy fats (avocado and coconut), antioxidants (açaí, blueberries and matcha) and protein (greek yogurt and nut milks), these bowls serve not only to refresh, but to satiate.

Our menu features three different bowls:

Special K Bowl: Greek yogurt blended with berries, bananas and Almond milk. Topped with corn flakes, chia seeds, banana and strawberry.

Matcha Greens Bowl: Japanese matcha blended with kale, spinach, avocado, banana, pineapple and coconut milk. Topped with blueberries, bananas, coconut flakes, granola and a drizzle of honey.

Purist Bowl: Pure acai blended with greek yogurt, banana, almond milk, and honey. Topped with granola, coconut flakes, strawberries and blueberries.
