Though Kombucha used to hide in the depths of crunchy health-food stores, it has become increasingly mainstream, and has proven to be the Millennial drink of choice. Despite its fad-like facade, Kombucha is actually a superfood that packs a punch of energy, and kickstarts your digestive system. (We think it pairs perfectly with one of our boxing classes!)

This recipe gives the now classic kombucha a fresh twist. Perfect for a post class cocktail, these Kombucha mojitos are great for your gut and recovering from a tough workout. Hibiscus has been found to have anti-inflammatory properties, and lower blood pressure.

Of course we cannot guarantee the physical effects, but we can guarantee that it will be delicious!
