After the heatwave that we had last week, everyone could benefit from a little cooldown. Our choice to chill-out is homemade gazpacho!

Usually served in a bowl like most soups, this recipe gives gazpacho a fun twist, making it more of a drink than a meal. And let’s face it, after a hard workout, or a day in the sun, nobody will want to lift a finger, let alone a spoon.



This unique recipe from the New York Times is not only delicious, but easy to make. Throw the ingredients in a food processor, chill overnight, and you can sip the perfect mid-afternoon snack to keep the heat at bay.
