How long have you been a fitness instructor?

Three years!

What inspired you to be a fitness instructor?

Once I took my first group fitness class I was hooked (plus it helped my wife and I get in shape for our wedding).

What is your favorite smoothie?

I haven’t tried them all yet, but the Shamrock is excellent.

What is your pre workout snack?

I’ve never been a pre workout snack guy, just post workout, which is typically a protein shake.

What song motivates you the most when working out?

Anything with heavy and fast guitar riffs.

What attracted you to The Studio @ Beacon?

I’m big on supporting local businesses, so now I have the chance to help one out, plus put some extra spending money in my pocket 🙂
