What inspired you to be a fitness instructor?

Always have been active, played 3 sports my whole life at BHS, played college basketball, always looking for a way to cross train with running. I love coaching and motivating people!

What type of music does your go-to workout playlist include?

There is always a little something for everyone – I always throw on a few old school jams that make people go, “I love that song!”

What song instantly puts you in a great mood?

Whitney Houston “I Wanna Dance with Somebody”

What is a fact that most people do not know about you?

Hmmm … I’m pretty much an open book haha — Maybe that I play golf and I can juggle??

How do you like to recover after a hard workout?

Yoga if I’m feeling ambitious, brunch if I’m feeling “Hangry”

Recovery is a good excuse to drink chocolate milk 🙂

What do you like to do outside of being an instructor here at the studio?

I like to hike, do yoga, hang out with my fiancée, friends and family and I love to travel.

What can people expect when taking a class with you?

They can expect a positive and welcoming environment, fun music and a great workout!

What’s your favorite part of teaching at The Studio @ Beacon?

Definitely the people and the location. I am so happy to see a boutique gym like this come to my hometown.
