What inspired you to be a fitness instructor?

I took my first group fitness class during my first week of college and I loved the energy and positivity the instructor gave to her participants. I wanted to be the person to make people feel as good as I felt taking a fitness class.

What type of music does your go-to workout playlist include?

Lots of “girl power” inspired songs!

What song instantly puts you in a great mood?

Baby by Justin Bieber … haha

What is a fact that most people do not know about you?

I never had any desire to get my drivers license and had to hire a driving teacher at 19 years old to teach me how.

How do you like to recover after a hard workout?

Stretching or yoga, and a smoothie.

What do you like to do outside of being an instructor here at the studio?

Lots of energy and positivity.
