Helping others achieve their fitness goals by overcoming motivational and mental barriers.
What is your favorite smoothie?
I don’t have one. But probably something with lots of berries, chia seeds, almond milk, and chocolate!
What is your pre workout snack?
Water and oatmeal with peanut butter.
What song motivates you most when working out?
What attracted you to The Studio @ Beacon?
The concept and its fit in the community. It’s filling a void and I think it’s well executed.
