Where are you from?
Hopewell Junction, NY
What inspired you to be a fitness instructor?
For so long, I was the girl on the couch eating a bag of chips for dinner. I knew I needed to incorporate exercise into my life, but just couldn’t find the motivation. My mom took me to my first spin class about 8 years ago and I instantly fell in love. After taking 2-3 classes a week with all different types of instructors over the years, I thought to myself “I can totally do that!” Thanks to The Studio @ Beacon and my fellow instructor Kacie, I got that push to join the team!

Songs that make you want to get up and shake what your momma gave you!
What song instantly puts you in a great mood?
Anything and everything Beyonce – that lady can do no wrong in my eyes.
What is a fact that most people do not know about you?
My obsession with potato chips is showcased through a silver “ruffle” chip necklace I wear every day.
How do you like to recover after a hard workout?
Water, water, water, stretch, stretch, stretch! … also trying to convince my husband to rub my back.
What do you like to do outside of being an instructor here at the studio?
You can find me boppin’ around Beacon with my husband and friends trying out the local restaurants and bars.
What can people expect when taking a class with you?
A friendly, fun, high energy experience with a few jokes on the side.
