I’m certified in HIIT & RPM. In my class we will focus on power, speed, strength and breath control. Using resistance we will train to reach higher speeds and improve your stamina and strength. I believe in “mind over matter,” because we can push ourselves as long as we stay determined and in the zone!
My playlist includes music from various genres such as edm, pop, dance, country, rap. You can expect me to throw in speed and power tabatas, mountains, mixed terrains, sprints, and hills. The music is to keep us motivated and stay focused. I have a background in dance, theater and directing which helps me keep the beat and help you to maintain the rhythm. I’m here to motivate you to help you grow past your limits! Let’s Ride!
