I am a life long dancer, and a recent fitness convert! After studying ballet for almost 20 years at the conservatory level, I fell in love with my cross training pursuits. My barre class at the Studio is the perfect combo! I focus on lengthening, strengthening, alignment and functional movement, so we can use what we do in class to lead a fitter, healthier life day to day.
